I must admit that I've never really liked the results of this session. They all look a bit tacky – not least in comparison to the iconic ABBA-pictures taken by Ola Lager, Barry Levine and the like. I remember that the German pop-magazine BRAVO made lots of promotion for their exclusive session with ABBA in 1978. I was disappointed from the moment I saw the pics but have to admit that they did a good job for ABBA's popularity. Maybe just because they were so tacky ...

WOW! Fabulous! For everyone who is interested: The pictures are from the show 'Momarkedet' performed in Mysen/Norway on 31st August 1973. Normally this annual charity-show would be broadcasted on Norwegian TV, in 1973 it wasn't. (Source: abbaontv.com)

Apparently there are not as many as I had thought, fafner. But here are three:
ABBA > Favourite group photos – May 28, 2015 at 2:47pm – May 18, 2015 at 1:57pm
Agnetha > Adorable pictures – Apr 26, 2015 at 7:08pm

Thank you very much, fafner. There are quite a few links broken. Unfortunately – as I adore your pictures.

Strange but some of fafner's posts are empty. At least I can't see the pictures others are referring to. Why is that? Someone seems to delete them ...

All words and pictures are just copied and pasted, Monica-USA. Sometimes I wish you'd mention the source, too.

I guess she has been asked more than once but fears the pressure. The attention and expectations would be very high.

Ok, if the pros and cons of killing are of a religious nature – then amen. I, for my part, believe in the spririt of Enlightenment.

Personally I think there is a big difference between killing an animal and using everything it has to offer or killing an animal for fashion only. If the fur is a byproduct (like leather often is) – okay. If it is the only reason – no.
Another criteria is how an animal is brought up and killed. In the case of mink farms it is pure pain and horror!!! Calling this a religious question is (sorry!) sort of ignorant.

Unfortunately she does support the farm Kopenhagen Fur. It is real mink.
