The house seems a bit modest to be hers though. Agnetha moved to this house with the kids after she left Bjorn in December 1978. This house belonged to Polar Music and was used as a VIP retreat. Unfortunately, it was too easily accessible by anyone even after Agnetha built a fence around it. She lived there until 1988 when she moved to Ekerö for good. Her house with Bjorn was much larger and had privacy, standing way back from the street and was surrounded by a fairly tall and closed fence. This b/w photo is Agnetha and Bjorn's house during their time and as it looks today in color. This is Agnetha's house after separation in Jupitervägen.

Wow! Thanks for that, eagle1. The house seems quite unassuming and blends in behind all the trees. But still not enough to keep Agnetha hidden. The first one is gorgeous, as you'd imagine.

Reminds me of the one we discussed a few months back, in which Bryan Ferry had a face as long as Benny does here, as if he was upset that Agnetha was too friendly with his bass player

You're welcome To see how accessible and unprotected this house was, here are a few more photos showing exactly why she had no choice but find something remote like her present estate.

Frankly, that's scary. Look at her face, especially in the second photo of her. No one would like to have a photog in your face when you are walking out of your back door.

Even scarier. Those people could have been anybody. And you're walking out the door with your child. Yeah, I can definitely see why she moved. Thanks for the video, Martin.

Privacy. I guess it's a difficult one to get right. On the one hand, you may not want to shut yourself away from well meaning fans but of course being that accessible undoubtedly would cause concern especially in light of the kidnapping threats of 1980. Then again, a person can almost turn themselves into a prisoner of their own making. And as we've seen, even on a island will not deter the most determined (and often most dangerous) individuals. In short, if you make yourself more inaccessible, it can make you more of a target of fascination for the peeping tom, the stalker, the telescopic photo lens. The last ten seconds of that film also show Benny and Frida's house.

I'm struggling with these, although I'm digging up some interesting stuff while I'm looking! Just posting this to bump it, in case it gets buried before someone else is able to help. btw are the two photos supposed to be from the same video, or are these two separate requests?
