TBH, I'm a bit squeamish about posting my own stuff here, albeit in the off-topic area. But this time, there is an ABBA connection and it tickles me no end. I released a single called "What You Wanted" last week. An American producer called Vinny Vero took a real shine to it and to my utter delight, has remixed it. An EP of his remixes came out today. If Vinny's name rings any bells, it's probably because he remixed Frida's Alla Mina Bästa År (his mix was the featured A-side) and he also created official dance mixes of Frida's collaboration with The Real Group (Dancing Queen).
Vinny is the nicest guy you could encounter and he's also a massive ABBA fan. So you can imagine that I'm beside myself to have been able to work with him. This is the EP of his mixes on Spotify, if you're in any way curious.

Wonderful, Tony. I can imagine the great feeling it must be to have a song of yours taken up like that. Like Graham/foreverfan, I also listened to it YouTube, not being on Spotify myself, and loved that chorus. I always look forward to reading what 'HOMETIME' has to say when I see that he has posted, so a a bit of 'shameless self-promotion' from him is in order!  |

I've been ignoring Johnny: I suspect that might have been a catalyst. If Johnny doesn't like my stuff, he can simply skip it. Nobody gets to release anything without "feedback." Everyone gets to be a critic: we do it all the time here. So Johnny can go for broke. No skin off my arse either way *shrug* And I think you should definitely leave his post as it is. He's a grown-up: if he wants yet another public tantrum, let him have it. It's the off-topic area, after all. Other than that, he can get back to being ignored.   |
