I dont know where else to post something like this, so I put it here. If this is the wrong place, perhaps the moderators will move it. This is an 800x1200 pic I made for cel phone or tablet music apps. You can use an mp3 tagging program (there are many good free ones, I use "mp3 tag").. to open an mp3 and change the album art pic, so that this pic comes up instead of the default album art. I play music on my tablet thru my car and the tablet will show album art full screen, so I made hundreds of these custom album art pictures. This one is for the mash-up Blondie meet Abba. I have it on mp3 if anyone wants it. This pic is intended to be the album art for this song.  I suggest that Fan Creations is perhaps your best bet: better safe than sorry. I'm no mod, but it separates between the collection of group photos and fan made photos (plus it avoids a misleading kind of notion of it that Debbie Harry was the fifth member of [D]ABBA.). I've posted photoshops of Agnetha and Frida playing several guitars and I posted that under 'Fan Creations'. Just a suggestion from a person who's wary about categories. |

Maybe I will, but only if there's an acceptable place to put it. The only reason I can surmise as to why it was removed is that it didn't chime with the essential concerns of this thread and was deemed OT to an unacceptable degree, since it wasn't offensive in the slightest, but it's odd that it's completely vanished rather than being put into a more relevant thread/section of the forum. Isn't there/wasn't there an ABBA Photoshop manips thread or something similar somewhere that could've housed it?

(I seriously can't stand something that isn't relating to the topic, personally unless it kinda transitions slowly to another, sorry.) (Well, I kinda find the photoshopped 'face swap with the all the members face replaced with Agnetha's' ABBA 1974 photo rather amusing, I don't know where it was either)  Well.. anyway, this picture that I posted... has always stuck to my mind because of Frida's jacket and Agnetha's facial expressions.. |

I once created two threads about ABBA's unassociated instruments and album art design swaps under Fan Creations, but I don't think there's a separate thread about face swaps, as far as I know. (I wouldn't want it to overlap between unassociated instruments and face swaps in my opinion since one might be overshadowed by another) I suggest you can create another thread for it. The face swap photo is just too hilarious to be in 'Favourite Group Photos', though! :-) I love the idea of opens more bizarre ideas and paving the way for ABBA fans who are also eccentric photoshoppers like a few people..  |
