The videos worked on my phone. Thanks for the links! I haven't heard any of these for a long time, so it was nice to become reacquainted. Alan, you should try again.
By the way, I've never been able to hear Frida at all on any version of "Just Like That." Can anyone else distinguish her vocal or her voice anywhere?

She is there. If you listen to the OOPS-version of that Undeleted snippet, you'll hear her. The mixing is similar to One Of Us, you can hardly hear Frida but she is in the mix with more harmonies than you would expect. They are just buried in the mix.

I cannot help but say that this is really a lovely track. Of course that night have something to do with the the fact that it has become somewhat the holy grail of us ABBA-fans but it really is a very catchy tune and Agnetha's vocals performance is great. I prefer the more melancholic nana-version over the final version, though.

I guess that the "Undeleted" version is the final one, intended for release back in 1982 and I think I can hear Frida harmonising there too. There's just Agnetha on the demo versions, though I'm not so sure about the sax version, which may seem different to the released mix just because of the inferior sound quality... |
