Abbey Road (I like that recreation!), Let It Be and Yesterday and Today are easy. The other two I can't think of at the moment, but they look familiar.

[Pre-ABBA, but decided to post it because it looks surprisingly nice, but I wouldn't consider putting it on the Frida thread 'Revision' since it's too much of a blatant copy of a familiar artwork (guess what) to be there.] EDIT: due to no response from this, I'll give this one more chance with a hint: this album art is modeled after the legendary Beefheart album :^)

I'll see your ABBA TEE design and raise you this!.. Could do with a bit more finessing, but you get the idea.

I'll see your ABBA TEE design and raise you this!.. Could do with a bit more finessing, but you get the idea. Except the photos you've used is from the 1978 promo pictures of ABBA: The Movie... Shouldn't it be 'Voulez-Vous'? Oh wait.. Frida's moptop hair is synonymous with 1976 and 1978, though, so that doesn't matter anyway. Yep, that's Computer World alright. You've done a wonderful job on that Kraftwerk-ABBA crossover design, though!

Bit easy. I give up. (Unless you're willing to give hints) What other artists' album art style were you trying to model after? For me it sure doesn't look easy since it doesn't have a distinct styling like the Trans-Europa-Express [yep, someone answered it] design I made PS: She was never commonly listed as 'Frida Lyngstad'. The record labels went for either: 'Frida' or 'Anni-Frid Lyngstad', in case if you want your photoshops to be believable (yet making the fakery look rather real as if you are constructing an alternative universe/painting a landscape)

[T]he photos you've used is from the 1978 promo pictures of ABBA: The Movie... Shouldn't it be 'Voulez-Vous'? Oh wait.. Frida's moptop hair is synonymous with 1976 and 1978, though, so that doesn't matter anyway. I needed a photo where ABBA's heads align in a way that echoes the way the Kraftwerk heads align on the Computer World cover; chronology wouldn't have come into it, even if I'd known it was meant to pertain! Also, I created the lines of lettering by cloning and re-positioning the letters that made up the Kraftwerk album title (I tried doing new ones using a digital font, but the match wasn't that good). Since there are no 'V's freely available in 'Computer World' or 'Kraftwerk', and since (unlike 'I's) they'd be a bugger to create by chopping away at and re-layering and rotating bits of 'M' or 'W,' Voulez-Vous as a choice wouldn't have come into the running anyway! Have you been trying to match ABBA photo dates with the release date of the ABBA album being redesigned, and also match the position of the album whose cover is being pastiched in the relevant artist's release chronology to its equivalent in ABBA's output, then? Crikey! Matching covers with those of the Beatles' is tricky, since the Fabs put out more albums than ABBA (is Revolver 'equivalent' to Arrival, or is it Sgt. Pepper's, or both?).

"The sun ain't stable, just like I've felt helpless again" One could only dream how Agnetha would sing if she went pop blues

Is it supposed to be a single? No, Alex, 'Does Your Mother Know' is supposed to be an album cover. Voulez-Vous was considered too short to fit the custom curls of the cursive. You're getting warmer! Hint: a. Invert the colors of the the image to its negative state b. "Us new dinosaurs had better kick off our "old dinosaur shoes." Or was that "Dinah Shore shoes"? Both." c. In another world, do you lick something to let it come 'on' or 'off'? If not, what is the proper word for "decorated printed contents that sticks?" d. If you figured out the riddle, add 'baby' to the end of the solved sentence from Hint C Remember keep your mind open

The fact that Agnetha was reportedly measured at 1.72 meters should not shock anyone for sure. She's taller than the original artist who herself has measured at 5 feet 2 inches. Some day she'll be running up that hill...

The Jimi Hendrix Experience Voodoo Chile. I've never heard or knew of it. The album design I was going for was "Electric Ladyland" (or in Frida's case... Electric Lyngstad ), actually, but you're close! The track "Voodoo Chile" is on Hendrix's album. Jimi Hendrix was one of the leading pioneers of what any modern guitarist would do (before Jimi, there was just guitar playing and that's it... but with feedbacks, shredding, Jimi gave it all), just like ABBA was one of the leading pioneers of what any pop star might be doing today (e.g. Steps, Madonna, Kylie Minogue..., although some non-pop bands have considered ABBA as an influence) no doubt! It's impossible to not know who Jimi is, if you've heard "All Along the Watchtower" (actually a Bob Dylan-penned song) and "Fire" on the radio, a documentary movie, and any type of media, literally. I'd tell more about how you can listen to the band via Spotify but it would derail the thread further...

As composed from my previous post in this thread, 3 is odd and you couldn't fit ABBA in it, so Björn takes the spotlight consequently... + the pun name
