Does anyone remember the actress Harriet Thorpe, who played the receptionist Carol on 'Brittas Empire' having a link with ABBA at some point?. I am a huge fan of that series and hope i can find someone who knows something about it that will jog my memory, i am very keen to establish a link with two things that mean so much to me besides my interest in history which, i'm glad to say, takes a back seat to my ABBA mania whenever i use them to relax!. By the way the Visitors is my fave album and 'i let the music speak' most of the time, or rather i 'let it flow through me'... is that a line somewhere in the song, i believe it could be...?..

Yes, "I let it flow through me" is a line in I Let The Music Speak.

Thanks, i thought it did, i will check the lyrics for it later, but the tune itself is composed as though its supposed to move you and it genuinely DOES. I suppose you can say the same for virtually every ABBA song with its attached tune which is why they're so hard to list in order of favourites, if you really think that's impossible but i haven't tried as i believe it is so i'm not even going there!!...

To be exact, that line is "I take it to me and let it flow through me".

It's like a Quaker meeting, the spirit moves through you, so does the music. There is nothing i don't like about this album, it just rises above every other in its own special way, the only thing that's slightly odd is the Visitors itself, but we've all read about that haven't we. Was it Benny that said every ABBA hit is what you want to make it, so this is what i make of 'I let the music speak', maybe Benny is a Quaker or might be comfy in that sort of life...?..
