Hi, I would like to wish all the members of the ABBAChat Forum a very happy Christmas and New Year especially to Josef and Tony ( Hometime ). I will return to the forum in January and would like to compile a retrospective analysis of each ABBA song after looking at the great work that ThisBoyCries undertook. It has inspired me to carry out a poll. See you soon.

Oh, thank you Edmund and my very best wishes to you!
I'm glad you'll be returning soon and I look forward to reading your thoughts about ABBA's songs. That's actually my favourite part of being an ABBA fan - I love discovering how other fans feel about the songs.

Sentimental Hollywood, in a good way, for me. Judy Garland expresses it wonderfully
And wishing everyone a healthy and peaceful 2020 - and with those two new ABBA songs appearing sooner rather than later! 😀

Thank you, Edmund - and many happy returns! Very pleased to hear you're planning a comeback - just like a certain Swedish supergroup I too would like to would like to wish everyone here a very happy Christmas - or any other festival you might be celebrating. Even if Christmas is not your thing, you can never have too much happiness.

Hello Everyone.
A Very Merry Christmas and Very Best Wishes For 2020,
From Colin
Whenever I feel a bit sad, I watch the following Video Clips. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I do.
1)... THE TODDLER DANCER -- He is a 2 Year old Danish Toddler called William.
He is dancing to 'Jailhouse Rack' by Elvis. He tries to sing the lyrics in some parts. At the end, he gives everyone a bow. As he walks off the Dance Floor, he wipes his face, as if to say, 'Now that is how you entertain people!'. I can imagine Elvis doing the same gesture, as he walks off Stage...
2)... A Mother pretends that she has eaten all of her 3 Year Old Son's Halloween Candy. He is very intelligent and points out that she could have eaten something out of the Fridge. Then, he closes the Fridge and walks up to his Mum and says something very charming and kind. It is like he is the Adult and his Mum is the Child. It is really quite enchanting...
3)... A Mother has left for Work, without giving a kiss to her 2 Year Old Son and his Baby Sister. The Toddler is outraged and complains to his Dad. The Baby Sister's Bottle falls onto the floor - as if to say, 'You have my backing Big Brother!'...

Have a good one yourself, Edmund! It has inspired me to carry out a poll. See you soon. Ooo, new Megarate-type shenanigans in the offing? I guess I'm up for that! (But you should only do it if and when you're sure you'll be able to accept people doling out low scores and taking issue with your judgements with equanimity, rather than viewing these things as some sort of personal attack.)
