Remember going down to my local record store in Rutherglen to get the album on the first day of release in 1980. Played it non stop. For the first time I loved every song on an Abba album not just liked. Arrival was my favourite until then . Let down only by Dum Dum Diddle. The singles on ST all fantastic and the ones that could so easily have been singles HNY, Andante Andante, Me &I and Our last Summer. Love The Piper and its sinister message. On and on and on great track too. And then the closer The Way old Friends do. They could do no wrong in 1980 in the UK. Two number one singles and two number one albums. Could have been more had they issued LALOM in June of that year or HNY in time for Christmas.
