I thinks it’s incredibly hard to get a definitive figure, but I’ve seen a figure in excess of 30 million, alas it may have sold well, I think there are many more than the 14 you stated that have sold more, especially in the USA then add Europe and worldwide, Abba weren’t that great stateside....
Just out of curiosity, Gold sold approx 4200 this week in the UK to be at number 10, very small amounts these days....

The sales are Certified Sales ie (Gold and Platinum awards) 23 million sales. The 30 million plus sales figure are Estimates. Some countries have not updated sales in a very long time. The US had Gold at 6 million 20 years ago. It is now 10 or 11 million. Quite a few countries haven't upgraded certifications since the 1990s. This piece here gives certifications and speculates on additional sales. In this article Gold is 13th best seller globally and certified sales almost 24 million. Up untl about 2014/15-ish, covering most of Gold'speriod,,sales were that, actual sales. Since then streaming introduced.
