Rick Beato chats with Björn

I enjoyed the interview. And, for me, certainly a refreshing change to see and hear their chat more focused on the music than the frothy trivia that often seemed to downplay ABBA's great contribution to pop music. That's what I like about Rick Beato - he's always about the music.

But as much as I'm fascinated about the future role of AI in music, I felt there was a bit more discussion of it (interesting though it was, with Björn obviously engaged with the topic himself) perhaps at the expense of more time devoted to ABBA's music. An intriguing bit of discussion about Agnetha and Frida's singing, but no real insight into how they decided as to who sang what. No doubt too much to expect in such an interview. And maybe the choice of lead singer was often more casual/expediant/'my turn' than some of us might have assumed.

I hope Rick Beato will now soon focus on an ABBA song for his excellent 'What Makes This song great?' feature in his YouTube channel. So many songs to choose from, of course.

This was a tonic to watch. Nothing about their clothes, their hairstyles, their marriages, their divorces. I agree 200% with HOMETIME/TONY; ALL of them should be interviewed preferably IN SWEDISH. It would be great to hear how they remember their times in the studios, making videos, traveling to record TV appearances and the concerts.

I would also love more input on how they remember and are remembered in big, non-English speaking markets like West Germany, The Netherlands, Scandinavia and their experiences in Poland, East Germany and so on.
