Similar to the wonderful ‘People Need Love’, I absolutely love this early effort from Björn & Benny, Agnetha & Anni-Frid, not least the ‘dialogue’ between the guys and the girls.
Vocally, the girls smash it on the high notes, and it’s a really catchy chorus with Benny letting loose on the keys.
I also like the cheesy Danish TV video they did for it (despite the blinding sun making it all a little over-saturated). I know the ‘role-play’ is very corny but one can’t help but smile at the playfulness of it all; Bjorn especially delivering an Oscar-worthy performance and Agnetha looking about the same age as she did in her early solo career; both girls getting those sharp elbows into their soppy significant others. There they come strolling down the path for a bit of a tiff/make up before heading away into the afternoon sun again; about as big a budget you can get for demin-clad 1973!
