The Winner Takes It All by At Vance and Chiquitita by Laleh. BTW, does anybody know what happened to that project of recording a new cover of Chiquitita for UNICEF every year?

I'm an ABBA purist lol so I don't enjoy listening to covers at all, but lately Sabrina Carpenter has been performing a slow version of Dancing Queen as part of her setlist as the opening act to the South American leg of Taylor Swift's Era's Tour. Although I don't necessarily derive enjoyment from hearing other people sing ABBA's songs, it amazes me to hear the audience sing along to every word. Previously Sabrina also performed Lay All Your Love On Me during her own tour.

SOS by Portishead, I love the live version of Voulez Vous by Erasure. Angeleyes by John Grant are among my favourites.

[They seem to be ABBA fans - they did three ABBA covers. Besides TWTIA there's aldo SOS and Money, Money, Money - both of them worth checking out. They also "covered" quite many classical pieces, Vivaldi's Four Seasons among others.
Actually, there are loads of metal or hard rock ABBA covers. Some very strange but quite many really good ones - e.g. Tobias Sammet of Edguy covered LAYLOM, Helloween's version of the same song is definitely worth a listen too.

This is my favourite ABBA cover, followed by The Czars with Angeleyes.

. If you're going to cover ABBA, make it your own.
