I feel "Voyage" has more of a Super Trouper feel to it than any other ABBA album.
I Still Have Faith in You and Don't Shut Me Down have quite uplifting choruses and wouldn't quite fit in with the bleak but brilliant The Visitors.
When You Danced With Me is a bit The Piper-ish and No Doubt About It nods to On and On and On. Bumblebee probably more a Super Trouper song.
Just a Notion wss of course recorded during the Voulez Vous sessions but it sounds very retro even for 1978/79. To be its more on a par with a Ring Ring track.
I'm not sure where I'd put Keep an Eye on Dan and I Can Be That Woman with its Country style would seem like more of a The Album song, ABBA's more American sounding album.
Only Ode to Freedom would be a continuation of The Visitors. Its soothing melody and reflective lyrics reminiscent of Like An Angel Passing Through My Room
There's nothing simikar to Peak ABBA, Arrival, on Voyage
What do others think?

I'd probably agree and say Super Trooper is closest which for want of a better description I would desribe as the group's 'smoothest' album. I think your description of where the various Voyage tracks is ok though for JAN I would place it more around the time of the ABBA album as its instrumentals are a bit more sophisticated than many of those on Ring Ring. The last of the early ABBA cheery sound was in my opinion TACOM from The Album. Those that followed in Voulez-Vous while I like to my ear just don't have the early sparkle.
Voyage is a good album but is different to ABBA's early years. Are there outstanding tracks like DQ and KMKY on Arrival? No. But it is a credible effort for a final album. In general it is an easy listening journey with some pretty good tracks with the finale of OTF bringing closure to the ABBA catalogue - I don't believe they will ever release another recording ("ABBA is no more").

I think No Doubt About It has a big nod to Waterloo - try playing the 1974 song first and then the more recent one straight afterwards...it would have fitted that album in my view...and I think Just A Notion could also land in that album effectively.

My first thought when I heard No Doubt About It was Elaine.
I agree that, overall, Voyage probably comes closest to the feel and eclecticism of Super Trouper. Little Things and Bumblebee have the folk/classical hybrid feel that seems to appear on BAO albums. Keep An Eye On Dan feels like a sibling of Nobody's Side from Chess. Don't Shut Me Down feels like it belongs with the 1982 recordings - Just Like That in particular.
