And the classic 'Greatest Hits' released early 1976 in Ireland and the UK. This album was the biggest seller in the UK in 1976.

Released in New Zealand as well and I think from memory with Arrival still holds sales records for biggest selling Albums ever. Never really liked the cover design of the German release, the UK/USA Greatest Hits is a great Sleeve. Mazisaxi New Zealand

I had 'Greatest Hits' album with the park bench cover and I am still kicking myself for giving it away to a young ABBA fan. I had no idea it would be so hard to find.

What a difference between the Greatest Hits album and Greatest Hits Vol. 2. There are 14 songs on each album. As I've mentioned before, when I bought the Greatest Hits album in 1981, there were only three songs on the album that I had ever heard before: Waterloo, SOS, and Fernando. When I first saw Greatest Hits Vol. 2 in a store, the exact opposite was true-there were only three songs on the album that I hadn't heard: Rock Me, Gimme Gimme Gimme, and Summer Night City.
