Share The building, which also includes the Swedish Music Hall of Fame and a hotel, has been on sale for a time and Ulvaeus says in a press release that he wanted to guarantee that the museum dedicated to his former band would have a stable and long-term landlord who understands the tenants' needs. Ulvaeus was instrumental in the founding of the museum, which opened in 2013, rapidly becoming a popular tourist destination in the Swedish capital. It has not yet been revealed how much he spent on buying the building, his co-financiers in the project will be Conni Jonsson and Pelle Lindberg.
