I cannot believe I have just received an email from Björn Ulvaeus personally ! What an absolute thrill !! I am sure many others received it also - but I still feel special This is what the email says: "Hello! For quite a while I’ve been working on a cool experimental thing which is actually beginning to feel ready. Today I’ll post this in my own and ABBA’s social channels. I really hope you like it and if you feel that your readers would feel the same I’d love for you to share it. Best, Björn Ulvaeus" How cool is that ? Two links - one for the Mamma Mia! The Party website - join up to follow what happens: www.mammamiatheparty.comAnd a youtube video with Bjorn - a teaser for Mamma Mia! The Party: I wonder where this is heading ?? How exciting !!

Excellent, thanks! I wonder why you were checking out the source code? For non-tech ABBAchatters wondering what this is about, website designers can insert text into their code which does not display on the site. Typically this facility might be used to document the code, to make it easy to understand and amend in the future. But the mammamiatheparty website designer has gone to town and inserted this hidden Dancing Queen. The designer would not necessarily have expected anyone to discover it. It's like a private joke. To see the code if you're using Internet Explorer, go to the site and choose View then Source. The '<!--' and '-->' at the start and end of the Dancing Queen are what hides her from the site.

Excellent, thanks! I wonder why you were checking out the source code? It's an old habit, you never know what you might find (I've done a bit of coding myself in the past and I know some like to hide messages for the fans )

Roxy I don't know if this is you in the Swedish story about this project but if it is your name and comment appear in this story. You have to scroll down a bit to read the comment. www.thelocal.se/20150414/secret-abba-project-stirs-global-social-media-frenzy“I doubt it will be a reunion – and most serious fans would agree that will not happen. There has been a suggestion of a Mamma Mia themed dinner party for 100 people and then a performance. Sounds like fun, but only for the 100. I think we all hope it will be something all fans can enjoy – not just a select few,” Australian Abba fan Roxanne Dickson told The Local on Tuesday.

Granted, this entire thread dates to a few months before I became a moderator, but how is it that I never saw this thread until now?
