A Birthday Celebration !
Frida will celebrate her 70th birthday on 15th November 2015 and, as two of her loyal fans, we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to arrange something special. We felt that Frida might appreciate a donation to the charity she created with her good friend Dan Daniell, so we contacted Görel Hanser in Stockholm who discussed it with Frida. After a short while we received a reply: Frida would be pleased for us to encourage donations to ‘Frida & Dan Daniell für Kinder’ (‘Frida & Dan Daniell for Children’).
We are excited to have received items generously donated by ABBA The Museum and its Director & Curator Ingmarie Halling, who is also a personal friend of Frida. These will be auctioned alongside items donated by our friends and from our own collections. You can also make a donation and include a personal message which we will forward to Frida.
Stay updated by following us on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. You can also join the conversation by adding #frida70 to your tweets and posts! Alternatively, email us at info@frida70.com and we will add your name to our mailing list.
Thank you for taking part in our project!

All donations will be transferred to ‘Frida & Dan Daniell für Kinder’ (‘Frida & Dan Daniell for Children’), which primarily supports projects in Frida's home country of Switzerland, but also in Europe and around the world. When you donate, you have the opportunity to write a message to Frida. Please note that only one message per person will be forwarded to Frida.
Whichever way you donate, please give generously. Thank you!
