This recent tweet totally suggests that there will be replica ABBA costumes coming to the Museum shop soon ! I hope so - can't wait to see what they come up with !!   |

It's a wonder they haven't thought of official replica costumes before. Any tribute act worth its salt would want them, and the lawyers would no doubt start chasing those who tried to get too close with unofficial ones. Same with party outfits. This would work with other items too; the star shaped guitar maybe? (if it hasn't already been done).

I can't wait to get myself an off-the-shoulder onesie with diagonal stripes and a matching poncho, so that I can recreate the '79 tour in front of my bedroom mirror. The kimono looks good, though. They could be used, maybe, as luxurious pajamas? I bet they'll be expensive. We should start writing our letters to Santa Claus and remind him what good boys and girls we've been this year. |
