That's the record I bought, and the supplier from which I bought it. SmalltownSuperSound is the label through which Lindstrøm releases his remixes. The record is released officially - albeit in super-limited quantities.

Edit/update: I just checked the label. It says "under exclusive licence from Polar Music International AB"
