I don't know where to put this thread/poll at, so I put this under 'Related music' since Agnetha is obviously part of ABBA: but her music has a rather distinct style which may not come across as typically ABBA-styled.
Bonnie St. Claire, however, on the other hand, once reached her record charts at No. 10 at its peak in the Netherlands with 'Sla je arm om me heen', which makes her notable in this thread.
Other covers aren't notable since they've had no history of record chart performance.

I like Bonnie St. Claire's version as she has a very nice voice, but nothing beats Agnetha's, in my opinion.

I think Bonnie St. Claire put in the bluesy style (she came from a glam rock background like Unit Gloria so that doesn't surprise me that much) in a 'comfort me' type of ballad, something not quite common, but what I thought was a shortcoming factor in Bonnie's version, is the forced acceleration when reaching the notes whereas there is demand for it to be emotional and true to the song's styling. I do like the extra guitar in it; it adds quite a uniqueness to deter if it's Agnetha (spider walk styling) or Bonnie's (werr-werr style of the guitar; wrote an onomatopoeia since I don't know what that proper term is) Likewise as you wrote.. Nothing beats Agnetha's non-forced vocal belting in "make love to me like never before", which she can accelerate easily without effort, reminiscent of Julie Andrews in some sort of way.

I haven't heard Bonnie St. Claire's version so I can't take part in the voting. But I just wondered how objective it can be to do such a survey at an ABBA forum :-) You should do the same at Bonnie's website and then match the results ;-)

Yes, I love a nice poll, but I wondered the same thing about the other recent vote on which artist performed Honey Honey better. The result seemed to be a bit of a foregone conclusion. Still, it's only a bit of fun.
An interesting discussion might be whether there are ANY covers of ABBA songs (or, more generally, B&B songs) that actually improved on the original. I can't think of any offhand.

Bonnie's site is just a bunch of testimonies written down on how she excels herself as a singer by fans – quite rather sentimental toward the fans (despite all of Bonnie's struggles): Agnetha on the other hand – kinda promotional but more organized in terms of the website theme. I've a feeling they might be unbalanced.

I have rethought my decision to move this thread. Since the subject of this thread is Wrap Your Arms Around Me, which is not an ABBA song, I have decided to move this thread back to Related Music.

I've not heard of this Bonnie woman before so I'm just gonna listen to her version now.
Ok, so its not bad but not a patch on Agnetha's. Bonnie seems to strain a little? And it doesn't have any sensuality to it. I wish she'd recorded it in English.

You should maybe also take these two contemporary covers into consideration:
