A year has passed after experiencing the thrill and magic of The ABBA Voyage Concert on Friday 27 October 2023. I cannot believe I did it. I went to see the show despite the fact I cannot drive. It was a brave venture on my part. Memories of the show will remain with me for always. " ABBAsolutely fantastic " ! Do I want to see the concert again ? " Never say never " !

I have seen the show twice now. The first time it more overall feeling. The second time I picked it on details I missed on first visit.
I won't go again until (if) a set list change.

You have to be there to witness the thrill, the excitement, the experience, the songs, the lighting, the costumes. Everything was brilliant !

New tickets go on presale today - from 29th May 2025 till October. 3rd anniversary performance is planned for 27th May. No performances whatsoever between 11th and 27th May. What may be the reason I wonder? Deserved holiday for the band? Maintenance? Necessary break before a setlist change? 🙂

A friend of a friend got talking to a member of staff a while ago who was on duty for his 300th show that night, but was leaving. He apparently said a setlist change was likely for the third anniversary show. How true that is, is anyone’s guess…

ABBA fans may also wish to note that ABBA VOYAGE is switching over from Ticketmaster UK to AXS for its ticket sales - as from the new batch.
Therefore, you will need to register with AXS if you don't already hold an account with them - if you wish to purchase Voyage tickets from the new batch onwards. The existing batches will continue to go via Ticketmaster.

I saw Voyage for the second time tonight. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I had plenty of tingles when many of the songs started! It was nice to notice some things I missed the first time. The set list is almost perfect.

It has been announced that ABBA Voyage will be closed next May for a set period of time for 'routine maintenance'. I'm not getting my hopes up for anything more exciting, as I've been doing that all year, but part of me is hopeful for a setlist upgrade. http://instagram.com/p/DCTvh-FI8BC

bjorenny, I think Michal had already reported this above - see my reply about a possible setlist change. I’ve moved your post to this one as the “General Doscussion” topic had been getting over-used as the “go-to” thread at one point. I thought we’d moved away from it but it seems to have been resurrected lately! I’ve now locked that topic and moved recent discussion about the Voyage album to abbachat.com/thread/1944/

A little survey
1. What songs do you like generally but not so much in Voyage?
For me, Don't Shut Me Down, When All is Said and Done
2. What songs aren't you keen on but actually like in the show?
Mine: Hole in Your Soul, The Winner Takes it All
3. What song sounds better in the show than original recording? Mine: The Visitors
4. Just looking at the visuals, which is the best? Mine: Lay All Your Love On Me
5. Visually which is the worst? (Excluding cartoons)? For ne: Don't Shut Me Down, When All is Said and Done. Chiquitita

Maintenance or band/dress/visual/avatar rehearsals for song changes?! Maybe a new single will be released to promote the 3rd anniversary?!
